Originally built in 1937 and recently updated with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and charm in abundance! The cabin sleeps 4, with a queen-sized Aero-bed for occasional use. Curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace that will keep you warm and comfy on those chilly evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with tea and coffee provided, and includes a full bath with tub and shower, laundry with washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and streaming TV. The spacious front porch includes comfortable seating and even a swing for your enjoyment. Parking is available in the two-car garage.

Summary: The cabin was stocked with toiletries and coffee, etc. etc. and the location was right near hiking trails which is what we wanted. I was a little surprised to see the traffic on shadow Mountain Road but other than that quaint comfortable and was not lacking anything.

Summary: If we could have given this cabin a 10 we certainly would have. It was just what we were hoping for. When we turned into the driveway it was breathtaking! Very cozy and very clean. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. We will definitely book this cabin again.

Summary: We loved our weekend at this cabin! It was exactly what we were looking for, the star was the wood burning fireplace and unlimited wood supply. It’s nicer than the pictures show, new couches, vaulted ceilings, completely updated and well stocked. The hosts were excellent with communication, very helpful and kind. The place also has great access to several hiking trails and things to do, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Summary: I’ve seen other reviews that say the pictures don’t do this place justice, and they are right. It was such an awesome home! I wanted a nice, mountain getaway to get out of Denver for the weekend, and I will be staying here again the next time I need a staycation. I also have to mention that this was the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve ever stayed in.

Summary: Such a great location for this cozy cabin. We were very pleased with how convenient and easy to get to this cabin in the woods. Upon entering we were greeted with the perfect ambience with low lighting and candles. We enjoyed our quiet getaway for 2. The cabin was clean and had all the needed amenities.

Summary: Celebrated Thanksgiving in this cute cozy cabin. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and appreciated the endless supply of wood! Perfect get away. Loved the visit we had from 4 little deer one evening. Town is close by with great grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you for sharing it with us!!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying here for our anniversary, we even had about 4 inches of snow which was awesome! There is the cutest little chipmunk that lives outside so keep an eye out. Will be back again.

Summary: All we wanted was exactly what we got with this property. Cozy, perfectly clean, private, stocked with every need. I made an inquiry with the owners regarding a place for fine dining and also for shopping. Their response was immediate and wonderfully accurate. This is roughly my 10 VRBO and it was the cleanest of all of those properties. I would return in a heartbeat and may just do that!!

Summary: What a wonderful space! This cabin has everything you could need for a perfect mountain getaway! We cooked all our meals here, played games and I caught up on Netflix. Highly recommend! And if you’re coming for a show at red rocks you’re in a great location - the venue is just 20 minutes away.
