The property is suitable for a couple or a small family. Summary: Niet voor herhaling vatbaar, kort samengevat komt de overschrijving op de site van Belvilla niet (meer) overeen met de werkelijkheid. Indien gewenst hebben wij voor veel van onderstaande bezwaren foto's ter ondersteuning. De foto's op de site werden genomen in betere tijden ... - overdekt terras: niet bruikbaar, aanwezige tuinmeubelen zijn versleten, kapot en vuil - 2de zitplek achteraan het huis is inderdaad zeer mooi, maar onze hond moest er aan de lijn wegens aanwezigheid van 3 katten (niet op voorhand meegedeeld, anders hadden wij eenvoudig niet geboekt, onze hond komt niet overeen met katten) en dat is tijdens een veertiendaagse vakantie niet haalbaar - mezzanine is heel klein en laag, toegankelijk via een zeer steile trap, niet geschikt voor minder goed op de been zijnde mensen - dit kan uiteraard, maar wordt niet vermeld in de beschrijving - BBQ: in een stoffige stal staat een grote gasbarbecue, niet klaar voor gebruik, niet gereinigd, niet aangesloten. De woordvoerder van de verhuurder (die zelf op reis was) meldt dit aan eigenaar, die ons telefonisch laat weten dat we die zelf maar moeten poetsen. Aangezien we hiermee niet akkoord gaan wordt ons op de derde dag pas een BBQ geleverd. Moeilijk voor de eerste dagen aangezien de keuken te klein is om dagelijks in te koken. - faciliteiten zoals opgesomd op Belvilla.be, maar die niet kloppen: geen zwembad (!), geen DVD-speler, wasdroger defect en niet ter beschikking tijdens onze hele vakantie, overdekt terras niet bruikbaar, zeer beperkt tuinmeubilair, geen BBQ tijdens de eerste drie dagen, geen speeltoestellen (voor ons niet toepassing, maar toch niet juist), geen kinderbed, geen kinderstoel Positief te noemen: + heel rustige ligging, voor wie dat zoekt + grootte van het domein

Summary: Hele vriendelijke eigenaar. Spreek perfect Engels. Het huis voldeed. Keuken is erg ouderwets. Eigenlijk hebben we maar een min punt. We zijn zeker een half uur bezig geweest het huis te ontdoen van spinnen en spinnenwebben. Echt vies. Hele grote spinnenwebben. Wij mochten gebruik maken van hun hele tuin. Nogmaals de dame is heel gastvrij.

Summary: Gastvrij ontvangen. Accommodatie was in de avond helaas erg koud. Wer zetten de radiatoren aan, maar deze konden de ruimte niet verwarmen. Er waren geen verwarmingskosten, maar wij moesten toch nog bijbetalen, terwijl we alleen in de avond even de verwarmingspklaten aan hebben gehad. Raar toch???

Summary: If you are looking to unwind and to savor a slower Mayenne pace, then Les Beaumonts is the ticket. While small urban centers are within a half hour drive and Laval is about 45 minutes away, picturesque communes surround Les Beaumonts. If you are a cyclist, the Voie verte is nearby in Daon and there are great country roads all around on which to ride. Dorothee will greet you like a long-list relative. She had prepared my bed for me and gave me privacy and the complete run of the front of the maison where I read and enjoyed relaxing in the walled garden. There was none of this nickle and dimeing for electricity or gas (her gite is all electeic). My only caution is to be sure you and your bedmate are comfortable sleeping in a loft that you access via fairly steep but iron-railed steps. I was, but I know my spouse, had she been accompanying me, would not have.
