Summary: The large frying pan has been used and food burned on, so unusable. The toaster isn't cleaned out, the oven trays are poor. The small bedroom has a lot of damp, even on the bottom of the wardrobe door. The sofas need to be moved and swept under. It was extremely cold weather for the time of year so we were limited for things to do, so stayed in a lot of the time. There weren't many TV channels to choose from, the remote 'volume' button changes the channels and the 'channel' button changes the volume. The double bed dips down on one side, so one of us had to sleep on the bunk bed. It must cost a lot to heat as the windows let in a lot of cold when you are sitting on the sofa. The linens were spotless, bathroom clean.

Summary: Property was very easy to find using the helpful information provided. On entering the property it was much bigger than expected. It was very clean and welcoming. Helpful essentials provided also was a lovely extra. Really pleased with our stay
