Summary: Has potential, but lots of details could be better, especially for the price paid. Took most of the day to cool down the bedroom. Toilet ran often, bathroom faucet was wiggly. Lackluster collection of utensils. Furniture was a bit second hand. TV was small and streamed only Netflix and Prime, so not many things to choose from. Pet friendly place, but limited area for dogs to do their duties. Owner was responsive and did let us arrive early, which was nice. I think it just wasn’t worth the price, since we’ve stayed all over America and have gotten much better for the same price or less.

Summary: We came for our son's freshman preview at UofF. It was nice to be so close to the college. The neighborhood was a great place to walk our dog. It was comfortable for us and listing was spot on.

Summary: Apartment was very nice but could use more storage and the kitchen was quite small. Megan was an excellent host and very helpful. It is in a quiet, shaded neighborhood.

Summary: Comfortable spot in a great neighborhood. They even had a record player which was the highlight for me. And I went to the Gator game, too.

Summary: This adorable little suite (a standalone bungalow as part of a larger property it seems) was perfect for us as we visited our daughter/sister in Gainesville. The entry lockbox made check-in convenient. The mini kitchen was just enough (we didn't cook there all weekend, but the filtered water was a nice touch and it was stocked with all we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and shaded, the perfect place to take a walk or run, and convenient to all that we visited. The host was quickly responsive to any questions I had before our arrival.
