Summary: The inside of the property was very clean, there was a snack basket which was awesome. The only issue with the property was the outside lots of trash in and around the building. I would stay there again if we do anymore festivals in Orangeburg. Overall good place just need some outside cosmetic work.

Summary: I was surprised that the area had exactly what I needed in a rental vs a hotel. My family are from Orangeburg, but prior to me leaving there for military service, there wasn't any such places to come home to especially for a weekend stay, and of good quality. Everything went great. Upon arrival I was able to self check-in. I had an issue with the door code, but the local guest service personnel was a call away and helped out immediately. Everything looked exactly like the photos, and my family and I were content with it all. Only cons I had was the walls were kinda thin in relation to others staying next door, and some of the appliances had a little wear and tear. No deal breakers, so noting that I hope to stay there again when I visit again. The company overall seems very concerned about safety, quality, and professionalism. All the best qualities I look for in a company.
