Summary: Only a two night stay but amazing. We wanted a good walk for my sister’s birthday. This was perfect walks from the door step, nice clean cottage, yet just a short drive to the nearest town. Wendy was great helping us with the real fire, both Wendy and partner was friendly but not in our space. Need to go back two days not enough time to see everything. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Wendy was an outstanding host from start to finish. She contacted us to help us re-route due to a road closure, ensured there was a roaring fire awaiting us on our arrival and was genuinely interested in our plans for the weekend. The cottage was the perfect cosy base for us. Traditionally decorated, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. So many guidebooks are provided that I can't wait to get back to explore further!! Very many thanks!

Summary: Caradoc cottage was the base for an amazing stay in the Shropshire hills. The cottage was spotlessly clean, totally comfortable and provided everything you might need for a wonderful stay even down to kindling and logs for the (unseasonable) use of the wood burner and a welcome batch of rock cakes and tea on arrival. Wendy and Adrian are the perfect hosts too - friendly and helpful with a wealth of information so thank you.
