Summary: The front desk staff was incredible. They allowed us to check in early and helped us buy tickets for the bus to Vigra airport. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Summary: The hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful. The view from the top floor was excellent. We were lucky with the weather and the surrounding area was nice to walk around.

Summary: Hello, I stayed at your hotel for three nights (from April 3rd to April 6th ). At reception, I was asked whether I wanted daily housekeeping, which I did. On Saturday afternoon, I informed the reception that the room had not been cleaned. The receptionist explained that there was not enough staff and provided me with clean towels instead. On Sunday, the room was again not cleaned. At checkout, I mentioned this to the receptionist, who confirmed that daily housekeeping was indeed recorded in the system. It is very disappointing to pay for a service that was not provided, two days in a row, despite following up. This is not in line with what is expected from this type of establishment.
