Summary: Hotel is very run down. Only one person at front desk, needed to asked for enough towels and blankets even though our reservation was for three. Continental breakfast was just cereal and there was no milk inside and there was only flavor of yogurt. No type of muffins or bread in general. Very dark rooms. The lobby area was very dark as well and they’re the main dining room no more and also very hot. Our toilet cut flushing itself very disruptive of sleep.

Summary: The hotel at one time was probably very nice. The young man working was very accommodating and provided us with a mini fridge. The room was ok, bed was comfortable, bathroom needs work. The pool was terrible. Breakfast was awful. Property has gone down and needs updating. I am sure at one time it was great, but not now. I would not stay again until major updates are done. Also, one of the rooms on hotels.com does not even exist at the hotel.

Summary: Good - Room air conditioning was good. Beds comfortable. Overall the room was fine. Bad - No air conditioning in hallways. Broken lamp fixture - light bulb hanging from lamp. Ice machines broken. Cold water in room barely cold. Needed to get key cards re-keyed multiple times. Very slow-draining bathtub. Included breakfast had hardly any choices - no warm food. Dead tree in pool area.

Summary: Bathroom faucet broken with constant running water. Had to shut door and could still hear it. Mold on ceiling tiles, lots of water damage. Advertised breakfast, only had coffee served from dark bar. Stagnant musty smell. Low lit parking lot. People millng about outside. Strong stench of weed.

Summary: Hotel was broken down. The pool was kept locked unless you asked for it to be opened. 2 out of the 3 staff we encountered was rude and disrespectful. The exit sign was hanging down by the electrical wires. The drop ceiling had places where they and removed the panels and it was just left like that. The pool area was dirty with trash thrown all around it.

Summary: Hotel was definitely a little run down and not as updated. The key cards for the rooms are a little iffy. The room was clean and ready for us which is the main part of the stay. The pool was nice can definitely tell the hotel used to be very nice, does look like the pictures with how everything is laid out just more dingy and ran down than it looks in the pictures. For the price of 100$ overall was an okay place to stay would possibly stay again.

Summary: This is not part of the quality hotel chain. It has been purchased and is still being operated without any upgrades. When we first got in, there were no lights on in the lobby. The key we were given was an old quality hotel room key. The plants in the restaurant/pool area are dead or overgrown. The elevator is squeaky. The exit signs on our floor were falling out of the wall. My kids and I just wanted to shower and sleep. We had driven 10 hours. Out room’s carpet was sticky. The bathtub was grimy. Then it turned out the drain was backed up. We didn’t get those showers. Laying down, our pillows were lumpy and the blankets were thin. We slept, but it was not a positive hotel experience.

Summary: The hotel was clean. The door knob would stay in the up or down instead of going back to the middle. We got another room. The only thing that was around the hotel was a Bob Evan’s Restaurant and a gas station.
