Positive: liked the pool.... but it could use more shaded areas. pergola or trellis area. a/c, plumbing, all in very good working order. bedding was just OK... towels very thin.
Negative: Room not very clean. and I mean the details... like mirrors, tops of headboard, the edges of flooring.... the main things like sink, toilet & shower were clean. But could use a deeper clean. Mildew in several areas. Wall behind toilet, had hole in the wallboard/sheetrock crumbling. Shower curtain rod about to fall off. Shower curtain needed replacing. So, in general could use an upgrade/facelift.
Summary: Staff friendly, quiet area... grass/yard kept mowed. Felt safe.
