Summary: We have stayed here multiple times in the past when we come down to go to Tallahassee to FSU ball game and it was great but since September 1, they switched over from Best Western to Quality Inn and there was no quality at this Inn. The phone in the room was nasty. The headboards on the beds were nasty. They looked like they haven’t been wiped down in a while. We had to go and buy Lysol wipes at Walmart to wipe down the headboard and remote controls. The bathrooms are very small. There were holes all in the walls. The remote controls will not work on the TVs you had to turn on and off the TVs from the TV. The showers were hard to turn on and off water. The water constantly dripped in the shower. This place has really taking a nose dive over the years. We will not be staying here again.

Summary: It could have been cleaner. Cheetos and crumbs on chair and floor. I had to wipe everything down with Lysol wipes. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Room should have been clean better. Online images of property are misleading.

Summary: Our room was very nice, bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Coffee was good at the breakfast area. Would absolutely recommend it to others. Could use some more fluffy pillows.

Summary: The room was old and worn especially the carpet but all in all would have been OK. There were two of us staying in the room and we had two bathtowels, one hand towel and on face cloth. An extra towel would have been helpful but still not the clincher for my rating. The issue was that we had a room marked "storage room" right next to ours (212) and there was noise pretty much the entire night. Talking for about an hour at 1:30 that woke us up and then again the noise and talking started at 4:11am. This went on for three nights! Every night I assumed the people would leave and the noise would stop but it did not appear to be guests. After driving 6 hours to get there and then an hour each way to Tallhassee this was exhausting.
