Summary: Our room has no interent as it was advertised, cushions had stains, no globe on one bedside lamb, u cant lock the back door, the family room where the kids stayed smells as if there was a problem with toilet, so the kids kept that door shut at all times, fridge didnt work in there they had to come and use our fridge. Food was great

Summary: Area was nice and quiet but the few things made me not to stay at this place again. Mosquitos in the room Phone to reception goes on to voicemail; no response after Cutlery wasn’t clean Towels were old, worn out Wifi wasn’t stable We stayed in the room for two nights; when we returned to the room next day; room service left our used cups and cutlery as is and didn’t provide us with any clean set. I called the reception which went on voicemail so I walked to the reception and requested fresh set of cups and cutlery. The lady at reception provided me the cups but no one took the used cups from our room and I noticed later the new sets of cutlery wasn’t clean properly. Also the towels provided were worn out, old and not looked properly cleaned either. 😒 Biggest no no for us was the mosquitoes we discovered on first night stay, mosquitoes spray was provided but we had to use a lot to be able to sleep that night.
