Summary: Hotel was half way “renovated”…Room was spacious, no phones to call the reception, bathrooms still Old and dark, mattresses still old… the hotel needs a real renovation… front desk personnel needs more customer service training

Summary: Good value hotel, way above average for the Quality Inn brand. Only complaint would be that the pool which was advertised as heated was actually really cold. Perfect place for stopping over on a trip to Branson!
