Summary: Check in and out was super easy. Room was clean and supplied well. Breakfast options were great, except for the last day and the coffee machine wasn't working properly, but it happens. All the staff was very nice.

Summary: Everything was as advertised, and the breakfast was great. My only comment is this—when we got to our room the AC was set at 62° which is way too cold. Save some energy and set it at 72.

Summary: Hotel was dirty and seemed very run down. Walking in the front to check in, we realized the glass door wasn't attached to anything. Internet ethernet cable was fed throughbehind a faceplate, not installed proprly, in the lobby. That may explain why the internet in our room didn't work. Front desk staff was not friendly, gracious, or hospitable. Photos on Expedia are NOT representative of the actual hotel. Our room was very dirty. Hair in shower and on toilet seat. Mildew or something on shower curtain. Carpet was dirty and probably 30-40 years old. Yellow stains on white towels. I was anxious about bed bugs, but we thankfully did not find evidence of any. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. I may never stay at a Choice hotel again. It was very disappointing. The only positives were that the bed was fairly comfortable and the breakfast was edible.
