Positive: It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negative: No elevator. We are senior citizens and had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. And then down those same stairs. It was difficult and dangerous. Breakfast was extremely sparse. I don’t ever expect much but it was pretty pathetic.

Negative: There was an issue with booking. The staff member was kind but confused due to some booking issues. She first said, 2 queen bed room isn’t available. I have booked 2 queen beds room a week ago. We were 3 people but at the last moment, she offered 1 king bed room for us. Which was unacceptable. We still understood the inconvenience and got those keys. Curtains were not in good shape, and are open to front facing windows on ground floor. Secondly, lock for bathroom door wasn’t working. So we requested another room. After sometime, she called us and offered a room with 2 queen beds. Surprisingly. We accepted it finally and stayed there. After a long day with more than 600 miles travels and hiking for 4-5 hrs, this kind of confusion during room booking and service feels irritating. Apologies for such a kind of words but I felt exactly same at that time. Please take care of all the booking information sent to customers and hotels/managers/staff.

Positive: Convenient, clean and comfortable. A big bonus was laundry machines on site!
Negative: My only negative were the 18-wheel vehicles parked next door all night with their engines running. I slept fine, but the engine sounds kept my wife up most of the night.

Negative: Staff could not find our reservation on check in. Asked me to call booking.com. In the end they found it but there was never an assurance that they would supply rooms at booked rate even though he was looking at confirmation on my device. Bus loads checked in...in middle of nite. Very noisy!
