Summary: The property is past prime, in need of repair and updates. Staff is apparently doing their best to make it work. The room smelled musty, yet linens and beds were clean and comfortable. The hot water surges to make showering a roller coaster ride of hot and cold. The tub leaked a great deal of water even with the fixture turned off. Breakfast is average, but without fresh fruit or pastries. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast sausage but the scrambled eggs were hot and good. The waffle maker made waffles in the shape of the state of Texas, which was a cute surprise.
