Positive: It was a great location and the room was pretty nice, comfy bed and pretty clean

Negative: The photos on booking definitely do not match the actual look of the rooms. Definitely outdated a bit and you can tell they used to allow smoking because the building and rooms had a musk to them.

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good 👍

Negative: No cups for water in the room, also needed two bars of soap (they were very small), one for your hands and one for the shower. The quality of the towels need to be better..

Positive: Breakfast had a number of choices and was kept well stocked during breakfast time. The buffet area was kept neat and clean as well. This is not an all inclusive list as I may have forgotten items, coffee, tea, milk, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, and bagels or toast.

Summary: Nice clean comfortable room with friendly staff and a good breakfast, we will return.

Positive: It was an easy location to get to, right off the highway. Comfortable place to sleep for my son and I away from home.

Negative: I didn’t like there were not automatic doors available to enter the property. I used the dolly caddy to load everything while carrying an infant child. Made it very difficult to get through each door and then on the elevator to the second floor, halfway down the hallway. The morning I was leaving the staff witnessed me attempting to push the caddy while holding my son. They had the cleaning carts in the hallways cleaning rooms. Which I understand, but they could have acknowledged us and made things easier getting down the hallway. Rather than make eye contact and return into the room they were cleaning. (In my opinion) We stayed two nights. Strictly using the hotel for a place to sleep as my family was having a reunion at a lake nearby. The second night we got back late. I had a cranky, sleepy baby and we traveled up the elevator and halfway down the hall for our key to not work. The male staff member was very nice about resetting my key and apologized. Overall, I will probably spend the extra money and stay at the holiday inn where I know staff and services are a little better and understanding.

Summary: Not terrible, and was comfortable to sleep at.
