Positive: The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The furnishings and carpet looked new. Three adults had plenty of room to move about freely. The breakfast was fine; what you'd expect of a continental breakfast. Coffee was excellent!

Negative: Our room was right off the lobby and it was very noisy at times. We were awakened in the middle of the night when a large gathering of people in the lobby were talking and laughing. The noise traveled into our room and kept us awake for several hours. Additionally, the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Paint was peeling, and the overhang above the lobby entrance was sagging; it looked like it could cave in during a storm.

Negative: The only issue is the strong fragrance in the lobby. It is too much for those sensitive to fragrances.

Positive: The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location was quiet and easily accessible from the interstate.

Negative: One of the queen beds was broken and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had water damage and was going to fall in. Breakfast was minimal; included cereal, sausage patties, eggs, waffles, and bagels.

Summary: Decent. Not great, not awful. Price gouging for a Friday night.

Negative: I was given a handicap room as I was later told they were fully booked. I don't mind a handicap access room but I do mind the shower...low to the tub! It's near impossible to hold the shower head with one hand while lathering with the other lol. Otherwise I had to bend low to rinse...just not a good situation

Positive: Our TV didn’t work for any service. Netflix said something went wrong. Free TV didn’t have a picture and sound was broken up. We were not informed of WIFI at check in.

Positive: This is the second or third time I've stayed at this hotel. It is always very clean. The staff is always very polite. And if you have questions, they do their best to answer them. For you, I would recommend any traveler staying there

Negative: I wouldn't say this is a dislike. I would say there needs to be a little more variety in breakfast that they present outside of that. I don't really have a problem with this facility.
