Summary: The hotel was updated, and the updates are nice. Getting a hairdryer and checking out took much longer than expected and made me late for my appointment.

Summary: Ok room. Hadcto use a desk phone to call the front desk attendant 4 times, wire 15 minutes. Then he gave us a room that was already occupied

Summary: Property is undergoing remodeling so the laundry service were not available. No ice machine on our floor and breakfast was at the neighboring hotel. Glad they are remodeling but does make it a little inconvenient. Stay was still comfortable.

Summary: Overall it was ok. My daughter and her friends found dirty under wear and socks in their room. The continental breakfast had ran out of alot of items before we made it there at 8am. The beds were comfortable. For the price it was average.

Summary: We have been staying at this property for years. I have family in Pontiac, so we stay here when in town. The property is starting to show its age, but the staff are wonderful!

Summary: Shades on the window were in sorry shape, ran the hot water for ten minutes and it never did get hot. Breakfast was edible but that was all I can say about it.
