Summary: The air conditioner in the room they put my family and I in was not working very well. Everyone was sweating asked to move rooms it took front desk hours to finally put us in a different room in the middle of the night. My mother was trying to get into the pool she did not have our room key which she was staying in also and the staff at the desk was rude and told her she wasn’t allowed in the pool as she was not a guest just because she was waiting for one of us to open the pool door for her.

Summary: The front desk person seemed i was bothering her. I asked but she said no. Didn't seem to be happy to be there. This is an older hotel. The room was small. The siink was by the door so when getting ready for the day i was blocking the door. The headset on the phone was broken. But we were tired so we stayed. Beds were comfortable and it was quite.
