Summary: Need a better breakfast variety

Summary: The rooms are dated and below par for the price range. I would expect something like this in the 50 per night range. The entire hotel reaks of stales old cigarettes, even though there are signs posted everywhere about no smoking or vaping. While the staff is friendly, they do not speak English well and can not seem to work their own reservation system. The TV is beyond small, only gets a few stations, and is not even HD. The AC does work good at least. Will not be returning.

Summary: I visited with my 8 year old grandson. The hotel smells amazing there is clearly a signature scent in the lobby, however the room smelled dank and stale. The wardrobes and nightstands were dusty. The clock and one lamp in the room were unplugged. When I went to breakfast in the morning, my key stopped working. I would not stay here again.

Summary: Woke up for breakfast at 730. No food left. Nothing ever got replaced. Coffee machine didn’t work. Sat & ate cereal & toast. During the time I was in the dining area, a couple was trying to check out. They rang the bell at the front desk and stood there and waited for over 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Terrible overall customer service.

Summary: Conveniently located; affordable; safe, quiet location; large room with comfortable bed and bigger than average mini fridge. Breakfast selections were limited but there are other options nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: staff was very helpful. Our room key would not let us back in on the day we were scheduled to check out and had to have it reprogrammed.
