Summary: Your staff was amazing. Michael,Juan and Brittany made my stay very pleasant. I enjoyed there hospitality and friendship while I was there. They were very accommodating and helpful. You're cleaning people and maintenance were there to help with anything that I needed. You have a very good staff

Summary: Usually this is our go- to hotel but this time it was a disappointment. While the hotel itself was clean- there was children's drawings on the window shade, the toilet seat looked like someone kicked it, the shower was peeling in the bottom and had hair in it, our door had indentions that resembled someone hitting the door and the keys stopped working half way through our stay. The wifi was horrible, we explained to the guy up front but he basically told us that it was the weather. And we could reset it except there were no options to reset it. When I brought my own wifi the next day it worked just fine. Not to mention, check out time is 11 and my partner was rudely awake at 10 am by vacuuming. I'm severely disappointed in this stay and would honestly like a refund because of the inconvenience.

Summary: No elevator, the bathroom was very dirty. Hair all over. The bed has a very bad squeak. The bath mat was so dirty that it could not be used. Overall this is not a place I would recommend or stay at again.

Summary: Staff was nice and courteous however room was falling apart. First room they gave us wasn’t cleaned, so we got another one. Second room wasn’t much better. Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, the bedspread had what looked like a cigarette burn hole and the shower was not cleaned well.
