Positive: The room was very quiet and we could open the window for fresh air. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good
Negative: The elevator was extremely slow and there was no interior way to get to the lobby and breakfast area, at least that was easy to see

Positive: The staff is nice. It is actually pretty quiet there. The room and bathroom were clean. I like having coffee in the room that I can make. The food is decent and there are several choices of food. Overall, it is a decent, nice place to stay that is reasonably priced.
Negative: Nothing that I can really think of.

Positive: The breakfast was very good. Having a sofa in the room was great.
Negative: The door was very sticky and we had to push very hard to open it. We needed help the first time, thought it would not open, even though we got the green light. Also, one must go outside and back in to get to breakfast. Weather was good now, but this would not be good in bad weather.
Summary: Overall, our stay met our needs very well.

Negative: The front desk lady spoke like this was a 5 star hotel. Our rooms air conditioner didn't work and the phone and lights between the beds didn't either. We had to be moved rooms. We asked during check-in if there were more rooms available and was told no. There all of a sudden was another toom when we had to be moved. There are no hotel carts for guests to use when this property has 3 buildings.

Positive: it was close to Ferris University where we were visiting.
Negative: the facilites are very old and need to be updated. the room had a very musty smell. Even though there was work painting being done....it needed more in my opinion. we were there for college graduation and not in room much. Needed an updated higher toilet.
Summary: worked for us for the two nights we were there and close to school. other family staying there .

Negative: There was a 1” gap under my door which kinda let it some cold but it’s a good think I like it cold.
