Summary: My room was dingy and had splattered substances on the wall. The carpet did not appear to be clean and the AC unit barely functioned. I will not be staying there again.

Summary: The elevator stopped working while I was there and my room was on the top floor. On the day I was leaving , one of the workers attempted to enter my room without knocking before checkout time. If I didn’t have the latch on the door he would’ve seen me naked.

Summary: The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and the shower head broke off and hit my brother in the back of the neck and he has Parkinson's and we told the front desk and they said maintenance would come in at 9 am and never came up to the room and they better not take it out of the 150.00 they made me put down because my brother was assaulted and nobody asked after his welfare. They videotaped us without permission walking out service animals. The air conditioner did not put out cool air and the casing was breaking apart.
