Summary: Ridiculous that’s it’s 25 dollars per dog to stay. They sleep on the floor don’t eat the food and we are paying for the hotel as people. We could have boarded them for the night if we wanted to pay for them to stay somewhere. Plus it’s not advised clearly that’s there’s a pet fee. You put in number of adults and children no pets at the time of booking

Summary: No pool. Website didn't say it was out of order. Why do hotels do this? People like pools and will actively reserve hotels for the pool time in summer. Your site easily could have posted a "pool out of order until further notice."
