Positive: We had an issue with our first room. Alejandro at reception was excellent and resolved the problem immediately and even upgraded us. Our room was large and very comfortable with a great bed. Location was walkable to some food spots and museum

Positive: It was an older location but it was very tidy and in good repair. The staff was courteous and it was very close to the highway.

Negative: It's a larger hotel so it was quite a bit of walking despite the desk agent moving us to a more central location.

Positive: the pool was very big and clean.

Negative: breakfast was horrible. plain and simple. loads of people were in the pool throughout the entire day until it closed. it was really weird.

Summary: good price. wish there was a better breakfast. my bread was stale.
