Summary: The toilet was clogged. It was cleaned on our request and again got clogged. Then we got moved to a different room , the AC was screaming all night.. Oh god it was a painful experience at the hotel

Summary: Stay was ok, pool, proximity to beach and balcony in room are all things I look for in a hotel. The major issue I had was that the site stated there is a hot tub, but there is not! What is “pictured” and assumed to be a hot tub is “a child’s pool”!

Summary: It did not feel the room was properly cleaned ahead of time. When I checked in and entered my room, the toilet seat was up and it was clear the toilet was used and not flushed.
