Summary: We had to let the water run (the whole weekend) because it rusty. We couldn’t find the tv remote and then learned that the tv didn’t even have a plug for the outlet, only the cable cord. Over the room felt neglected and dark.

Summary: Breakfast was good and they had a variety of options to pick from. The room was clean and the tv worked to keep my 4 year old in one spot while we all got ready for the wedding.

Summary: The hot water in the shower was non existent. Customer service in the evening was slow and she was a rude about bathrooms being lock, needing extra towels for a three night stay and misunderstanding of the two rooms being booked. The air conditioning did not work in one of our rooms in summer in the south of Texas. When asked about having it checked or a new room we were told maintenance would look at it Tuesday and no other rooms were available. We were there for my fathers funeral and just took what we could in the small town.

Summary: The first room we booked was really nice and big almost a suite but there was white powder on the floor near the AC unit. The shower was leaking, we got moved to another room it was a lot smaller and the shower was leaking as well also the faucets were loose and rusty.

Summary: I called to confirm my reservation and the woman who answered asked if I were local toe Pearsall when I told her no, she said she hoped not because they to rent to anyone local, went to our room, the toilet didn’t fill after being flushed so we were moved to a non handicap room. When my husband went for coffee the next morning..he was told very hatefully that the dining room was closed even though they had the door open and food out for the continual breakfast…our room wasn’t cleaned and when my husband went to o get more towels, he was told housekeeping doesn’t work on Sundays and only every other days. We found a half eaten bag of chips (not ours) in a drawer by the bed and the trash outside the entrance door was over flowing with garbage. Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN.
