Summary: Our stay in Victoriaville was very nice and the hotel is very comfortable; the only disappointment was in the fact that the pool and hot tub were closed! I was very much looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub, but they were not available. When a major attraction to that hotel is not available as such a discount should be offered to offset the disappointment!
