Summary: Room was in poor condition, walls, doors were marked up and needed cleaning. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and ceiling was pealing. Overall was disappointed in the condition of the room.

Summary: The room given to us was a smoking room and i didnt book a smoking room, then they offered a pet friendly room and we couldnt because of allergies so they offered a room that looked like it hadnt been used in months. It wasnt clean. It had souch dust, towels they had where badly stained so we didnt know if they were cleaned or not because they werent in the bathroom on the rack like normal rooms. It had a kitchenette area the fridge just needed the temp adjusted because it was hot when opened but worked fine. The microwave looked bad so we didnt use it. The sink didnt work that was below the microwave, we didnt use the little flat top burner. Two lamps where burnt up and shades were hanging on and didnt work. There was water or pee around the toilet. The stopper to the tub was broken and comes completely off. There was a few dead german roaches on top of fridge and by the broken sink area. Right out side the room was a live roach trying to come in the room that we killed. Coffee pot was extremely dusty and dirty. We didnt use. It was pretty much a place to sleep while visiting for a family reunion. The staff was nice, no attitudes were given when i informed them but i will not stay there again.
