Summary: I bought a room with a kitchenette. I did not receive a kitchenette. I asked for a new room and they said they isn’t one. The toilet didn’t flush/fill up with water. I had to use ice bucket to fill toilet with water using the water sink. They had no urgency to fix it. The bathroom floor is unlevel and hard to walk on. Typical eastern country type hotel service. Unacceptable. I want money back from this stay.

Summary: Alot better than last time I stayed. My room air flooded and had wet carpet smell. Syaff kept coming put sheets and towels on the floor and NO compensation was given. Couldnt sleep bc it was hot.
