Summary: The tub was clogged up with something and didn't drain properly so we had to stand in dirty water while taking a shower. The corners of the bathroom were not wiped clean. There is no elevator at this location so carrying heavy bags to a 2nd floor room was very difficult and dangerous. The outside doors could not all be opened by the key card. The breakfast was supposed to be available until 9am. We came at 8:45am and all the eggs and sausage was gone. When we asked if there was more somewhere, the people at the front desk looked at each other and one of them said reluctantly, "I'll take care of it." We waited and after 15 minutes, they brought out a few sausages but no scrambled eggs. When I asked about it, the woman told me that it was actually after breakfast hours (by then it was because it took her so long just to get the sausages cooked.) In this day and age, sausages and eggs can be cooked quickly in a microwave (much quicker than 15 minutes). The butter was all stored in the refrigerator so it was not soft enough to spread on our toast. At least a few pats could have been left at room temperature. The front desk was just a few steps away from the dining area and could be seen from the dining area so the two women working behind the desk could have kept the food ready for guests up until 9am. The tables in the dining room were so close together that it was difficult to navigate without disturbing the other seated guests.

Summary: Very clean hotel with nice free breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. The rooms were large and vey clean. Free parking was convenient. The rooms have the older model air conditioning floor units but worked very well. I would definitely recommend staying here.
