Summary: This hotel is somewhat dated, however the rooms were clean, and we did not notice any unusual odors. The room was also larger than a normal room, and we enjoyed a seperate bedroom. The bathroom sink and the bathtub both drained very slowly, indicating that regular maintenance had not been performed. The tub took a full 5 minutes to drain after a shower. TV's were of good quality, however there was no option for streaming or gaming, as regular cable TV and On-Demand movies were the only choices. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Our bed was a bit on the too cushy side, however we had four pillows on our King bed (2 were medium firmness and 2 were quite firm). Definitely not ot a high end experience, however it was clean and comfortable, which are both important qualities. I would stay again, but I would likely explore other options first.

Summary: As a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children, we stayed here the weekend of May 1-3, 2026, while we were in Grande Prairie for a sports event. The hotel was generally quiet and quite clean. The room was spacious, with two queen sized beds, and a kitchenette consisting of over/stove, microwave oven and a full sized fridge. Staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good quality and had plenty of options for our family. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and well maintained as well. This hotel was located about 15 minutes by car to the East Link Centre, and was close to plenty of retail and restaurants, many within walking distance. All amenities that we needed were in close proximity to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone who needs a hotel room in Grande Prairie.

Summary: Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was very responsive and friendly. water slide is the best we tried in a hotel, the kids loved it. Only negative was the small size of the bathroom
