Summary: An okay hotel but the lights over our bed did not work and when the toilet was flushed you had to hold the handle down or it would not work

Summary: Was ok for what I paid for this hotel. I did book a 2 room king and got 1 room with a king bed.. The tub was all chipped up. We had to go get more towels from the front desk for the two of us to shower. Pool was closed.

Summary: Staff was indifferent and unprofessional, had to ask for toilet paper the first day, no housekeeping service, pool and gym closed, etc. The pillows were nice.

Summary: The check in service was great and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect The swimming pool wasn’t open which was a huge bummer for me. Not mention on the website nor after booking seems misleading and faulty advertising. Word is the owner doesn’t really care despite repeated requests to fix it and the managers have to deal with disappointed hotel guests. Another issue is the bright light outside our window all night. Better curtain would solve that problem nicely. We appreciated its pet friendly policy. All in all it was a good but not great place to stay.
