Summary: We had to clean the bathroom upon arrival. There was an ancient lampshade with holes and about 1 dozen lady bugs in the room. The beds were made only 1 day of 6 until i requested the room to be cleaned. The shower had good pressure and temperature, but a slow drain backed the water up. We asked for it to be cleaned but it didn't improve. Minimal options for breakfast but at least a few hot items. Fruit ran out several days and coffee was empty on our last day. Beds were comfortable and the air and heat worked.

Summary: Upon arrival, the toilet looked dirty with hair on the tank and seat, etc. The floor, likewise. The bottom of the tub looked as if it hadn't been scrubbed out. The floor needed to be vacuumed. I brought my cleaning supplies and cleaned/disinfect

Summary: We rated this 4 out of 5 due to some minor blemishes. Nothing that detracted from out stay / comfort. Staff was professional /Breakfast was good. We often wonder if management bothers to visit each room ( yes there are a lot of rooms ) about once a month just to see for themselves the specific conditions in each room = refrigerator / freezer condition for instance. We'll stay here again, David & Diana
