Summary: Received a warm welcome at the front desk at check in and the same staff member was very helpful moving us immediately to another room when we complained about our noisy neighbours at night. She was very apologetic and addressed the noise issue directly with the guests right away. Even though the hotel is next to the highway, we did not hear any traffic from the room. Great soundproofing.

Summary: Fairly strong order in hallway and room like stale smoke or something Noisy dog in room across from us. 11pm barking and 6:55am barking. Staff were on it quickly. Shampoo and conditioner bottles hard to get stuff out. Almost bruised knuckles to get any out. Staff were great

Summary: The hotel is clean, but it's showing its age. Breakfast was just OK, no elevators to the second floor, no other amenities (you get what you pay for). Some sort of noisy machinery outside near our room (AC? ventilation) that would go on and off every 30 minutes or so. Most staff members were really nice and helpful, others wouldn't even look at you/greet you while you were in the tiny lobby 10 feet away from them. It's a good choice if you are on a budget and all you are looking for is a clean bed.
