Summary: The property was convient for the reason we were here my only complaint is that the TV didn't work staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean I would definitely stay here again .

Summary: Quality Inn as a whole is a great place to stay.. The only reason i gave it a 2 was because of Expedia. I made the reservation through Expedia for this location. I arrive at the location only to find out there is no reservation for me. I had the correct address that was listed on my reservation. I spent over an hour on the phone communicating with Expedia in the hotel lobby trying to track my reservation. They kept telling me that MJ and Jenna at the front desk had my reservation. Maria was at the front desk. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA, IT IS NOT THE ACCURATE LOCATION!!! I was at the Mundy Mill location as listed and there was no MJ, no Jenna, and NO reservation! I ended up having to pay out of pocket to ensure a place to stay! I still have not heard from Expedia since Sunday about my refund. As for the hotel itself goes, I stay here every weekend and have enjoyed my stay each time. Maria is very kind and housekeeping does a phenomenal job maintaining the rooms.

Summary: Shampoo conditioner lotion containers did not work. No hand bars in shower after requesting a handicap bathroom. Everything was very clean

Summary: Room was booked on line. Upon arriving it took the front desk an extremely long time to chrck me in. The room was fairly clean. Couldnt get the tv to come on. Found a few stains on the cover. There was a nasty wet stain on the carpet before reaching the vanity area. Not sure whst it was, but had to keep shoes on the entire time. Very noisy surrondings. And there is a large pot hole in the parking lot that you have to hit wwhen entering the complex. Damaged my tires

Summary: Room was clean however the place was not what was advertised on the site no place to sit but on bed cereal and waffle was all the breakfast offered waffle didn't cook through for 2 people we had one set of towels when asked for more told they would bring them and never got more towels Overall small things that added up

Summary: Room wasnt cleaned good ... dirty sheer curtain ... on top of the bed look like something was spilled on it. Up under the bed look like stuff was spilled all under it... bathroom cutain smelt like piss... house keep busted in our room at 8:00 check out aint till 11. ...she was probly bout to come do what she forgot to do before we got heere... smelt musty
