Summary: The property was great but it was just too big. When I initially booked it, it was for two people but could have fit 4 with the amount of beds we had access to. The light in the bathroom also didn't work - only the heat switch and we had trouble logging onto the wifi but was unsuccessful. Would definitely stay again though but something not so big that's all.

Summary: We stayed in a King suite with separate bed/bathroom/kitchen/dining & lounge. The place is a bit below expectations for $259NZD/night. In need of repair eg damaged ceiling, smoke alarm bracket but no smoke alarm, shower rose could not be moved and put water onto the floor & window sill, wooden paneling worn in places, shower bath floor patched up with tape (presumably to cover a crack). Lighting a bit dim. TV (less than 32") was pretty tiny in the nice large lounge. Only enough cutlery and plates for one meal for 2 people - but 4 chairs around the dining table. No rubbish bin in kitchen, no dishwashing rack, bathroom fan too weak and intermittently worked. Wifi did not work the first night and we gave up trying. The signal was strong once a repeater was put in but something in the back end was not working properly - could not get an IP address allocated - maybe not a big enough DHCP range? The very nice lady at reception tried to be really helpful but couldn't really fix it. This was a problem since 2 Degrees mobile network was weak. Wifi only worked when we tried on the second night (our last night). When it was working it worked well enough. Had AC in the lounge. Bedroom could have done with at least a fan since it became a bit warm in there. King bed (2 singles together) had a lump in the middle where they joined. For our activities, the location was good - better than in town. Check in process was easy (they left an envelope out).

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, we liked the quiet. Pity the restaurant is no longer open. This is shown in your ad to sound as if it is still open. Things do change we realise.

Summary: This is an older facility, but was very spacious clean and quiet. You do have to drive to go to any restaurant or shopping.

Summary: The villas hotel owned were in need off roof clean ,a wash ,tidy up inside . Now here its is im pissed off with your booking .com I gave my details bank card to hold motel , bang my card was used same days as booking on Alliexpress 5 times , your comoany sas the only place i used it , i dont have Alliexpress account and had no emailsfrom them. I have paid for parcels im not getting even . I told Howie about this but he said all honest people, so it was on a deaf ear and that was it poor. So i had told my bank to look into this . We also have a programe FAiR GO that you were on that programe last nite for bookings that there was no resort bad . So i will give you 24 hours to refund $160.00 ingst for my time and parcels or i will go to fair go and facebook . Dishonest trust i will never trust your booking .com I have limtied income to be able to pay this so your help please

Summary: Excellent facilities. Simple, clean and great value for price paid for two nights. Location is accessible to ammenities. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would revisit.

Summary: The 1-brm was very spacious and standalone. Very private and sunny. Well equipped although a bit dated decor. Arrival was a bit confusing as road outside is being rebuilt and there was a temporary entrance. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. For the price I paid it was good value.

Summary: For the price it was good value for an overnight sleep over, I can see, place had better days as there was construction around the property, with bear minimum operations running. Access to prop was not clearly marked from road construction site entrance. We may come back if and when this property comes back to life…
