Summary: The room was in good condition, but the toilet was somewhat clogged and the microwave had a broken carosel. Otherwise great stay, I highly recommend it!

Summary: I want to first state the staff was wonderful. The check-in was easy and smooth. And breakfast was prepared on time. However, this hotel has a lot of wear to it. There were holes in the shades and several of the light fixtures did not have lightbulbs. Several of the amenities were out of order. The business center was not open nor was the hot tub accessible during our stay. The location is ideal if you are looking for something close.

Summary: The only problem was during the day. The air conditioner was not as cold in the room as we would prefer it in the evenings it got cool and it was great for sleeping and the toilet either in our room or the room next door ran, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep

Summary: I can’t give this hotel anything positive than the location. Dirty, old, bad service and nothing good at all to say. We checked in late and was given two light balls to change ourselves we the bedding lamps wasn’t working. Day two we didn’t get our cleaned, we had do not disturb on our door until 10.30 am…! Then we we out all day. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. If you aren’t in Springdale to literally sleep 7 hours and then on the road again, I wouldn’t stay here.

Summary: I liked the ease of location. We did not feel like the room was as clean as it could have been. There were hairs on our sheets and that made us question how clean ultimately the whole room was.

Summary: I booked a non smoke room and when it came time to check in and got the key and went to the room walked in and the room smelled like cigarettes and weed bought a spray sent and sprayed the room got rid of some of the smell but in the bathroom had a strong smell and never went away and there were some stains on the towels and top cover of bed.

Summary: In end they made it right, but the evening clerk assigned us 2 rooms that already had people in them. And before the night was over, 3 other families were assigned our room, which made us feel unsafe. When we checked out, i learned we were not even in the room that was actually originally assigned to us in the first place.
