Positive: The breakfast was fine with plenty of choices. And the location was perfect as we were going to Hamer Hall for a concert.
Negative: As it was a cold snap we'd have appreciated warmer sheets OR even an electric blanket.

Positive: Check in fast, friendly and Efficient. The staff did cater very well for our allergy needs ✔️ thank you. .
Negative: On arrival into our room (13th floor), we found thread bare Carpet, stains on the ottomans and seating and a ‘school camp’ vibe kitchenette area (fridge was tiny, old and rusted). We had a two single bed studio that overlooked the Arts centre - the windows were dirty and the outside balcony area had not been wiped or cleaned. Unfortunately, there was mismatched glasses, plates, and knives and forks. Nothing matched. There was no tea towel yet there was a dish cloth and detergent. For $500 per night for two, With single beds, I would have expected much better cleanliness and maintenance .
