Summary: Excellent experience! Stayed here for work purposes for 4 nights. Location is great, with short walking distance to Old Town Kielce, malls and city center. Room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to fulfill every requirement or request I made. Would like to mention the front desk concierges: Justyna, Nina and Monika - for their exquisite service. I will gladly return to Kielce’s Qubus hotel if I will be back to Kielce in the future.

Summary: Very basic room, dirty carpets. Noise from the street. Low quality pillows just 1 per person. Overpiced for the low and basic standard of the rooms and lack of any facilities other than restaurant. Staff not interested in serving customers. Reception staff always in the back room, coming to the front desk after a while with customers waiting. Same in the restaurant. You have to wait for the staff to appear from the kitchen.
