Positive: The view is so wonderful. The quiet. The comfort. The staff is very friendly. They offered us water and coffee. It was clean and there was a free washing machine. There was parking for more than one car on the side road. It's nice to find such a place in the center of Luzern.
Negative: The vacation is very short, I wish it was more than one day.
Summary: Great place. Quiet. Beautiful views of the city center.

Positive: The location is great, the apartment is in a calm area uphill with fantastic views on the lake. It is 5 minutes from the transport museum, 10 minutes from the centre - by car. We had everything we needed in the apartment. There is free parking, which is priceless in Switzerland. It is great for families with small kids.
Negative: There was nothing really. Do not expect 5 star service for this price, but the price value ratio is great and we really did not miss anything.

Positive: The view was great! Everything was tidy, clean and nice. There was a kitchen, with coffee and tea. The host was super nice. The sockets were a bit small for my hair drier (Swiss sockets are different from German ones), so I asked whether I can have a hairdryer, and he gave us a hairdryer, a body gel, and some bottled waters, which was super lovely.
Negative: I liked everything, but since we arrived at night, the way to the house was quite dark and a bit scary. But next day in the morning we saw those places with light and it was very beautiful.

Positive: The view from the lounge room window, the size of the apartment and it had decent pillows.
Negative: It felt like 1975. It was very dated and a bit gaudy with its decor. The kitchen did not have any cooking utensils. The toiletries supplied were used bars of soap in the shower and on the hand basin and an open bottle of shower gel. There were dishes on the sink (washed but not put away), no tea towel for drying our dishes. The internet did not work when we arrived and took a number of hours to get fixed. It states in the email to call or email for instructions. Tried calling the mobile, got hung up on. Tried emailing to be told was sent a message on what's app. This apartment has so much potential.
