Summary: The hotel was in an ideal location but that was the only good thing about it. The showers didn’t work. We booked a family room so we could celebrate a birthday when we woke up in the morning but they messed up the booking and we ended up having to have two separate rooms. The hotel was very noisy throughout the entire night which made it impossible to sleep. I would not stay here again.

Summary: Room was hotter than a sauna. No air condition and the only way to get some fresh air was through window. Same time you got the noise from opposite construction site. Everything in the room had seen its best days. Still big plus for good service from the front desk

Summary: This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located near major transit hubs and restaurants. Awesome staff as well. The breakfast buffet was decent for the price and the coffee was delicious!

Summary: I booked the room via Expedia with a continental breakfast, during the check in the front desk informed me that the reservation was room only. The front desk, also said that my reservation was upgraded to a bigger room due the availability of double rooms. He informed that it was a triple room, with one double and one single bed. He took me to the room, second floor not elevator, they are renovating the hotel so, that area was full of things as work is in progress. The room wasn’t what the front desk said at all! I requested to be changed to my original booking and they offered me a room in the basement, without internet and extremely warm. It was late and we stay in the first room, the pillow was dirty and the people around was so noisy at night. Not a great experience! Definitely, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Summary: It was spot on for all I needed it for. The TV didn't work and the handle looked like it was about to fall off the shower, but other than that it was absolutely spot on for a place to rest your head.
