Summary: The location in Burzanella is an excellent place to relax. In the village you can find a pizzeria and a bottega - for the necessities. Lorenzo, the host, is very kind and helped us with everything. Please note: It´s essential to go by car to the location. The next bigger village is nearly one hour by foot.

Summary: A neat and comfortable house with a great yard, overlooking a beautiful valley. The owner is very helpful and provides all information that makes your stay as pleasant as can be. There’s plenty to be seen in the vicinity and the food and wine in the restaurants is great, as always in Italy. I would discourage anyone to go and visit the ‘castle’ of Rocchetta Mattei, it’s a deception. Bologna is near and is certainly worth a visit or two, so is Parma.
