Summary: We stayed here on our wedding weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by some complementary wine, chocolates and a room upgrade. Thank you to all the staff, it was much appreciated. We also had a minor medical incident during the night to which the staff were also very helpfull. Thanks again to all. Great room, great view, great service.

Summary: We booked and paid for a bay view room with a king bed, we did not get this. We were informed that king beds are by request and subject to availability. Nowhere on the Quest website does it state this. We were downgraded to a different room that did have a king bed, but no view and promised and $50/night refund, which did not eventuate.

Summary: I have discussed this with Senior Management and issues will be resolved for the future guests, if they don't know, feedback from guests make them aware and enable them to correct it! Service exceptional though they are not in a rush to return "Bond"

Summary: Great Bay view as soon as I walked in the room, really good sized studio, balcony, and while the Bay facing rooms are over the Nepean Highway I found that at night with the aircon on I wasn't disturbed. And a short walk from the foreshore, pubs, restaurants etc. A good stay, would stay again for sure.
