Summary: The clerk at the check in was a bit rude and a couple of days later as well regarding the hotel being full due to an Ice Hockey match apparently. The area and suburbs have changed tremendously with new immigrants into this country and it could be due to their cultural background & self entitlement. I just found out what she meant by ice hockey game, It’s on the search engine on google.
