Summary: Staff are friendly, helpful and proactive. The building is a bit old but well kept. Very closed to shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens. Public transport is very accessible.

Summary: Stayed with Quest in Auckland New Zealand before, hence we are quite confident with the quality of the hotel as well as the service. The room is well equipped with all we need for a short stay, room is clean, bed is comfy. The hotel is very thoughtfully prepared panel heater for those, including us, found the inverter aircon too dry. Staff are friendly and proactive. The only set back is the glass shield on the bathtub. Size of the shield covers only 1/3 of the bathtub, doesn’t prevent water spilling on the floor after the shower.

Summary: The place was wonderful and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and had great communication. I booked the stay for my parents as it was my Mum’s 70th. They gave my Mum a bottle of wine with a note to say Happy 70th Birthday, which she found very sweet. Thank you, would definitely book again!
