Positive: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We arrived from New Zealand three weeks ago to live. As we tried to base ourselves on the northern side of Brisbane we booked holiday apartments there. It was a horrible ten days as the place was filthy and nothing was as promised. We then booked an apartment at Quest in Springfield Lakes. I received a call from Astrid, the manager, to upgrade our apartment to a bigger one to accommodate my power wheelchair at no extra cost. When we arrived Astrid, Lauren and Natalie did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the place and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, right down to the cleaners. We truly felt at home and booked an extra week while we were waiting to move into our permanent home. There was enough disability and secured parking to choose from. The most endearing memory of this time was the lovely letter of welcome from Astrid the manager that awaited us in our room. It immediately took the stess away from what was a difficult and painful move for us. My husband and I cannot thank the staff enough for the way they handled our situation and tried to accommodate us. I will always recommend this place to everyone who needs a home away from home.
