Positive: Always our hotel of choice when we have business in Ipswich. Great value in a lovely little area with everything at your fingertips. Love that they still make up the rooms daily and will even wash, fold and deliver your laundry to your room for a small fee. Secure, lock up parking available.

Negative: Toilet was a little touchy when flushing but I let front desk know. And was happy for the feedback and advised they would get maintenance to look into it.
Summary: Was a pleasure stay.room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly. I would stay there again

Positive: Size of rooms generous. Nicely fitted out and very clean. Microwave and small fridge avail. Secure parking. Staff very accommodating. Has cafes, fast food, Bistro (Hotel), Night Owl store all in same vicinity. Close to motorway.
Negative: Can get smell from restaurant downstairs through aircon but it is not open every day.

Positive: Location, size of room, good bathroom
Negative: Pool was full of debries (leaves and twigs) for the 3-day stay. A pity, as i was looking forward to a swim in the great sized pool. The TV wasn't working properly when i arrived. Unusual as I would have thought the previous guests would have used it at sometime. It was stuck on a channel and couldn't be changed by the remote. The remote didnt seem to work, apart from turning TV on and off. This was eventually sorted 24-hrs later. My last stay here was a couple of years ago. At the time the hotel offered a full service restaurant. This time, I arrived on a Monday and the restaurant was to be open until Wednesday. The restaurant has changed and now offers a Asian style menu, that unfortunately does not suit my constitution. So I needed to drive to shopping centre, which was okay (only 5-mins away) for my meals.
