Positive: It is apparent there has been a great deal of thought put into this house. The location - Situated right on the water overlooking the bay, this property is located in a glorious natural setting. The views - Mesmerised constantly by the changing views afforded through the front windows and beautifully constructed wooden sliding doors. The bath - The bathroom layout is superb and the view from the bath is stunning.
Negative: The kitchen cabinetry is in poor repair and looking tired. It lets down the rest of the kitchen that is otherwise very serviceable and equipped with some fancy appliances. Some urgent maintenance is needed to fix drawers/cupboard doors that stick, fail to open or are loosely attached.
Summary: Glorious setting, stunning views, superb bathroom, let down only by kitchen cabinetry in need of love.

Positive: This property is spectacular and we were more than happy with the location, facilities and instructions. The fire place and wood provision was exceptional and we would loved to have stayed longer.

Positive: Loved the setting, so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the visiting wild life. The home was very comfortable. The large windows are great. We also enjoyed the fire. We loved it all.
Negative: Appreciated the advice to do any food shopping prior to coming over to Bruny. It was a little difficult to find the driveway entrance when arriving.
Summary: Beautiful place to stay with everything you need.

Positive: Stunning cottage, has a full sized kitchen, brilliant washer / dryer combo, 2 large beds and an amazing bathroom with bath overlooking lake.
Negative: The only thing that really disappointed us was that we couldn’t go out on the lake in front with a kayak or small motorised boat. The place is really screaming for it! It would have made this place a solid 10/10 if it had that.

Positive: Great location and I loved the high standard of the kitchen and appliances, also great to have a few kitchen supplies on hand. Lovely decor and the rowing machine was also a novel idea.
Negative: Would have loved some bubble bath, salt grinder and a pair of tongs.
