Summary: The property is conveniently located, very comfortable and well-appointed. The property included a kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals, plenty of space to rest comfortably, enjoy music, and watch favorite shows. The property has a great whimsical vibe with personal touches. We liked the comfortable sectional, dining table for our three person meals, the convenience of a half bathroom on the first level, and full bathroom on the second floor near the two bedrooms. The plethora of well cared for houseplants was also something we enjoyed. The townhouse was close to recreational trails and parking was also very convenient. The owner left us helpful notes inside the property and an informational binder. Lots of local information and guides were also provided and appreciated.

Summary: Was a nice and comfortable stay for me and my partner, and everything was as advertised. It even included a carpark with covered parking that we were not expecting. It was unseasonably hot in Boulder during our stay, but the home stayed reasonably cool. It was very quiet during our stay, didn't even notice any neighbors the whole time. One thing to note- both bedrooms, and the only shower/tub are upstairs, and the stairs are a little steep - I only mention this because I twisted my ankle a couple of days before the trip (obviously not the host's fault), but that did cause a little difficulty navigating. However, the couch downstairs was super comfortable, and there is a half bath downstairs. I would definitely stay here again

Summary: Very close to Folsom field and plenty of areas in walking distance. Home was very clean and was a very comfortable stay

Summary: My son was graduating and I needed a close, comfortable, clean and accessible place for myself and elder parents to stay. This spot was perfect. My parents had never stayed in a “bed and breakfast” as they called it and were nervous but have now thanked me for “bringing them into the modern age”. My mom was impressed with how clean it was. The amenities were great and the host very accommodating. There was only a French press and when I asked if there was a percolator the host went to the store and bought one for us to use. She also left flowers and a bottle of CU champagne for a graduation gift. She has beautiful plants and a nice courtyard outside. There is a nice park and a creek just outside the door as well. The proximity to Boulder and graduation was so helpful and really contributed to a memorable and wonderful weekend. We are grateful and highly recommended.
